Which lense to go with a nikon d5000

Hi im new to the site and am going to have a good look around as i bet there lots of info on offer here
now for the help i need im upgrading from my nikon f75 film slr to the above camera but am not sure on what lense to buy with the kit lense
on offer i have
jessops bundle deal with a Tamron 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 lens
or to buy a sigma 70-300mm nikon fit or
a nikon 55-200mm vr
or to wait and buy a nikon 70-300 vr in the future
any help would be very grateful
