I ordered 2 folders ages ago and they still have not turned up! Looks like I'm not the only one.

I ordered 3 binders on 06.03.10, still not received them despite promises from Chris G and Laura. My last email to them last week hasn't been answered yet, very disappointing. This does reflect very badly on what is a very good magazine. Chris G please get your act together otherwise I fear that you will start loosing customers.

I am really sorry everyone. We have had a number of problems with our binders - brought on by their huge popularity, and with problems at our original fulfillment hous. Our third batch has now finally arrived at our warehouse - after a long delay whilst we changed fulfillment houses. Believe you me I am as frustrated by the huge problems we have had with this. I am told that we now have enough in stock to fulfill existing orders – and for anyone who still would like one.

If anyone still has not received their binder order please could they email their details to photoplus@myfavouritemagazines.co.uk

Our new fulfillment house will then look into it, and get back to you - and sort it out!

I ordered my three binders on 2nd April 2010, and, after eight weeks, I've still not received them. Like Ken H I'd received assurances that 'They are on the way'. Despite several phone calls, e-mails - one to Laura (no rely!!!) still no binders.

Like most people, I've subscribed to Photoplus since Issue 1. This is very shabby treatment of loyal customers!!

What's to be done? - Obviously sent in the bailiffs for return of our money !!

I ordered in Feb. Received a LINUX binder - returned - and still have not received the binder required ! I ahve followed the instruction from Chris George and await a response.

I ordered mine on the 18th of April and still not received them They are quite happy to take our money. I wouldn't mind so much if they had said there would be a delay but there has been nothing from them at all I have contacted them but have heard nothing.

What are we to do? This really is not good enough.

uess what arrived today ! At last the saga ends
