Where's my prize?

Hi,

I actually won a Mission challenge but it has been a month and I still haven't receive the promised Lowepro bag. I even emailed you guys but I did not receive a response at all. May I know what exactly went wrong here?

And if you guys have not posted the bag, may I request to change the postage address because I won't be staying at the old address soon.

I won last year and it took some chasing to get my prize also. I e-mailed and just got a 'someone will be in touch soon' but no one ever did get in touch for my address. So I ended up phoning and got my prize 2 days later.

They could do with making sure that who ever is distributing actually do there job.

I have emailed and phoned - and apparently the suppliers are sending it this week - Yeah really
I'm sure I'll be their top priority this week with the Focus exhibition and all....

Actually Sophie has been great - I know she's chasing it for me. Just a shame the folks who send out the prizes are doing a lousy job.

Hi Amy I still have the same problem ;-) my bag has not arrive and I get no replay from DM exept they want me to renew my subscription ;-)

I have been doing my best to sort this out for you. I had an email from the supplier of the Mission prize today to say that she has arranged deliveries for the Lowepro bag to recent winners.

Jdreamer, as you are based overseas your bag will come to me, and I will forward it on to you asap – hopefully early next week.

JoiFrank – the same applies to you. I have just sent you an email.

Shutterlad, I have only been working for the mag since Oct 09, so have no idea why you didn't receive your prize. Please PM me with your details and let me know what issue your image was in and I will do my best to sort this out.

LorraineB. I am continuing to chase for you. The latest? The PR from Manfrotto has assured me your prize will be sent out early next week. You're right, they have been at Focus.
