Is it possible to save the techniques pages that are posted, if so how?

You could create a pdf file of the pages.

If you don't have a pdf maker, try Primo PDF. It installs as a printer so you can print the page directly from your web browser (or any other program for that matter) and select Primo PDF as the printer.
