ACR Camera profiles for Sony

Hi Guys

Does anyone know where one might find the more creative Camera Profiles for ACR/Lightrrom? I know someone made ones for the a700 (which i ve got installed) but they won't work with my a300!

Anyone know of any updates?

DaveK

Try Adobe's update centre which I have provided a link to below.

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloa...atform=Windows

It's for Windows versions of lightroom so just select your version and check it supports your camera. If it doesn't then download the lastest version of DNG, which will convert it to DNG which is supported in Lightroom.

Indeed - they recognise the Sony Cameras but they don't do the "creative styles" (Vivid, Portrait, Landscape etc etc) like they do with Cannon and Nikon - They can be made with the profile editor but i don't have the facilites to do so....(shame!)

Hi Dave

Sadly, only Sony software will offer the "creative styles". Adobe won't necessarily have access to that information from the RAW files (it's often encrypted).

It's Sony not letting them out. Same as every camera manufacturer.
