Need help blending photos elements

I have close up picture of a drip coming from a tap. I want the drip to look like a light bulb by blending a pic of a bulb I got off the web. Can someone give me an idea how to do this in Elements. I am new to this
Cheers
Paul

This is going to be quite a difficult excerice for a beginner, selectio with magic wand around the bulb & erase the background, open the drip as a layer and add the bulb as a second layer position & size it, then use the distort tool to make it the shape you want, finally select the blending mode and transparency before flattening & saving.

Now that's a quick description, but if you need a tutorial there are loads all over the web, you have to lear each step and implement it. If you do it this way you will learn much more than if someone writes a step by step guide, and next time you have an idea you'll know just how acheivable it is.
