Full or cropped frame ?

No I am not going to ask which is better as I guess that would depend on a number of factors.
What I would be interested in knowing is the percentage of sales for these 2 camera types ?
Do the manufactures ever issue sales figures for SLR cameras in these 2 groups and if not is anyone able to make a guesstimate of the percentage of cropped frame to full frame cameras ?

I presume the manufacturers monitor it but I've never seen it published.

You'd expect more sales of smaller sensor cameras mainly as there are more on the market and new photographers/compact upgraders aren't likely to be shelling out £1500 minimum on a first SLR.
