Glad I'm not the only one to get hen pecked - I think my wife would like me to make that resolution too !!

Normally I wouldn't use am image of this quailty for a competition entry, I'd been taking images of the traffic comming down the hill, and caught the lorry as it went past, it was a real snatched shot when I saw the kids hanging off the back. Thinking about it what they were doing was incredibly dangerous, as the road had not been gritted and there was a very real danger that the car following would not have been able to stop and had it run in the back of the lorry they'd have lost their legs at the very least.

Still I guess you're only young once and at that age you don't really consider the dangers, thank God the health & safety killjoys didn't see them!

I was going to say B on time, but the water makes me think there's more to it.

@Paul - spot on. I was given Harry Weber's book on street photography and am completely inspired! This is going to be my big project for 2010. New Year's day was a great time to start because the world and his wife were out with cameras and so I didn't feel too self-conscious, the test will come when I'm the only lens on the street! I would have liked my resolution to be less housework and more photography, but as Mr Wonderful pointed out, since I've had my camera, the housework has already suffered, perhaps I can persuade him to take a leaf out of your book ....

@Andy - I thought of 'be punctual' but clearly there's more to it. Be clean and punctual!!? Maybe we need another clue!

The photographs were all taken outside a bit ambiguous perhaps - the sun remained behind the clouds
