Anyone tried Loxley colour?

Hi there
I'm posting just to check about the loxley colour printing facilities.
First of all they have the most insane registration system of all. They require to know, where you live, your telephone number, your country and all that before even ordering, and to just get a simple quote of what each print size will cost.
Anyway I went with it and I tried to register.
First I got a series of errors when I submitted the registration form so I went back and redid the whole thing. When I resent it, it stated that the email address was already taken. So I thought that the previous form worked after all and I went ahead to the login page.
Of course whn I got there the password wasn't working so I chose to reset the password and get the new one through email. Which I received but the new password wasn't working!!
And to my amazement the email started with "Dear Richard". I normally wouldn't have a problem with that except that THIS IS NOT MY NAME!!!
So I reset the password again and I receive a new email which has a new name "Andreas", not mine ofcourse(!!!) and a new password which ofcourse doesn't work!!
So are these guys legit?
I normally wouldn't stress so much over a failed registration process but the multiple wrong names, thing makes me wonder if there's something fishy there. Especially when I put a different set of contact info than !!!
these guys are sending me...
Any info would be really appreciated.

Hi,
I use Loxley for all my enlargements above 12x10 and they are simply the most stunning prints you'll get. That comes at a , they price of course, you do pay for what you get. Have you downloaded their ROES programe yet? This makes your uploading of files very easy.
They ask for all the details because they like to keep the happy holiday snapper at bay, it's mainly aimed at the serious ameture and pros. (Holiday snaps at Tesco)
The service I've experienced has been first rate and they are a ligitimate company.

Kind regards,

Anthony....

It's good to know that they're legit.
I'll see what their answer will be and then I'll decide if I make an order or not.
Thanks though!

Hi,

I use loxley for all my work and I have never had any issues with them as far as the quality of print and delivery is concerned.

I did however have issues when I first registered with them, if you contact them they will get it sorted out for you and I have always had a quick response from them.

The ROES application is great and very easy to use, they have also launched an app for use to create picture books via ROES and the Bellissimo range of products.

Loxley are regarded as being one of the best print houses in the UK. Sadly, I can't afford to use them!

I use ColorWorld Imaging who are very good as well and use the same ROES system as Loxley.

I've sent them an email regarding my issue but I got no answer yet.
In the meanwhile I'm trying out One vision. Ordered some regular print and some more exotic ones (printed on thicker paper and some A3+ sizes). The total was 60pounds! Which is quite expensive for me but I understand that it could be worse!!
Hope they're good!! I will let you know as soon as I get my prints.
