Filters

I have a Colkin P-Series filter adaptor, there are so many filters to choose from, if I where to choose five filters to start with, which ones would be reccommended to start with.

Hi Steve, welcome to the forums

If it was me I would have a ND1 and ND2 hard and soft edge grads (so thats 4 filters) and a 3 stop ND grad in whichever you're more likely to use most.

Hi Steve,

I'd choose a similar set up to what Chris has suggested, but be careful with Cokin ND filters because they are known to create a colour cast on your images that will need correcting during editing.

Just because you have a holder it doesn't mean you should buy some filters for it! Have a look at this you can have all your ND filters in one.
