Thanks Chris-p. I'm afraid to use the 'DRI' term as I'm not sure for the full term of it. In my continent we are still applying HDR terms (except for some pros) even for a single RAW processing.

What is the 'DRI' stand for?

DRI is dynamic range increase.

When you under and over expose 1 RAW file you aren't getting any more dynamic range. It doesn't magically appear from somewhere. DRI allows you to appear to increase the dynamic range from 1 fixed exposure.
