Question Scanning negatives that aren't 35mm

Hi

My in-laws want me to help scan in some slides and negatives of their travels in the 60s. Problem is the negatives are an odd size they are about 60mm square. There are some later ones that are 35mm which, along with the slides, should transfer to digital via something like the Epson V300.

Any ideas what I can do/use to convert the odd sized negatives? I'd be grateful for any kit suggestions or professionals that can do the conversion.

Cheers,

Ian

I have a scanner with a dedicated slide facility and the results were OK I did some additional research and found an Ohnar HD Digital Slide duplicator that attaches to a camera lens and you then take images of the slides
The site: http://www.srb-griturn.com/slide-copier-1575-p.asp
The results compared to the scanner are very good
I shot the slides in RAW and converted / processed in PS Lightroom
here is an example of a slide taken 27 years ago on my Olympus OM1(n)

Cheers P

If you have the Epson V300 then just place the photos on the glass and scan as normal. If you have the right software with the scanner, you could place a few photos on the glass and it should scan as seperate photos.
