Some of you may or may not be aware but we run a weekly and monthly photo challenge in the Digital Camera World competitions, meet-ups and events section of the forum, there is no prize other than satisfaction and picking the next theme/technique but it is fun and a great way to learn.

We are always looking for more people to enter so please join in.

If you don't want to join in then please at least cast your vote, the idea is to vote for what you think is the best image for the theme (in the case of the weekly comp) and the best image demonstrating a technique in the monthly comp.

I personally haven't been entering the weekly competition recently mainly due to other priorities, activities taking up so much of my spare time.

I have been trying to vote though. When things settle a bit, hopefully soon I intend to start entering again. Definitely helps beginners like me learn from the experience on how to improve things. Also amazing to see some of the quality photos done by those of you with the skill and eye to capture great images.
