that's a nice clean image - i would perhaps clone out the browning around the core though (just my thoughts). i think that's perfectly different enough to enter if you wanted to though

Know what you mean about the brown...you have to be F A S T with apples! It also has a cyan tinge to it. This is my other image. I was experimenting with natural light from a window as the sun went down.

I'm in with 'Green shoots of recovery'

Although I've got a couple more ideas that I might go and try out.

Well I hand a different plan but my wife came back from picking up some "Bits and Pieces" from the shops and after passing out sayin "How Much?" I thought that part of the Supermarket she brought back with her would fit the theme!

Eat Your Greens!

Well, after digging a hole in my lawn to try and reproduce a hole on a putting green, for my 'on the green' shot, I quickly gave up as my grass isn't up to par . This was my other alternative: The best time to plant snowdrops, is 'in the green' hence the title of this is:

'Snowdrops, in the green'

Snowdrops in the green

I also re-shot my original enrty, to get rid of some graininess (I accidentally left the ISO on 400!, hopefully I'll get the hang of this photography lark soon).
