Sketch effects Software

Hey guys, does any body know of a software that I can apply Sketch effects on pictures ? I have the Sketch app on my iPod but not able to find a fully capable software for my mac. Thanks for your help. I am Nikon.

Welcome to the forum. You could try Auto Painter Express or its big brother Dynamic Auto Painter which can be run in wine.

I've used the Akvis Sketcher plug-in with PS that seems quite simple but effective.

Try this:

1. Open photo in Photoshop with File > open
2. Make a duplicate layer, Command or Ctrl J
3. Open the hue/saturation dialog box, Image > Adjustments
> hue/saturation, and move the saturation
slider all the way to the left. This makes the photo
black and white.
4. Make another duplicate layer, Command or Ctrl J,
of the black and white image.
5. Invert the image using Image > adjustments > invert.
6. In the layers palette, go to the blend modes (click
the tab that says ‘normal’). Choose color dodge.
7. Finally, choose Filter > other > minimum. In the
dialog box, select 3 or 4 or any number that makes the
sketch look good to you. Now, flatten the layers with
Layer > flatten image.
