Thanks. I actually bothered to get the tripod out today and use manual focus. Last nights shot was freehand and auto. Amazing what a difference it made.

Wil I much prefer the first one, It leaves more to the imagination and it's the thoughts going through your head that makes the phobia worse.

My Daughter is/was an arachnophobic. She would see a spider even at a distance and start screaming. That was until I managed to get her to hold a tarantula.

Thanks Harry. Nice photo by the way. I like my first one from a theory perspective. But the second is technically better, also my daughter wanted in on the action, and the needle is actually for her so I could not resist her persuasive charm.

Well that's settled then, you can't possibly refuse a request from such a gorgeous daughter. but I would liked to have seen a droplet on the end of the needle.

Well I did have some ideas but prooved not to be achievable, thought I was not going to get an entry in which is pretty bad seeing as I set the theme but then I had an idea:-
