Nissin Di866 MKII Accessories.

Hi.

I'm still doing some research into a flashgun and it's looking very likely that I'll purchase this unit. What would be the best batteries for this flashgun, rechargeable or otherwise? Also, does anyone have advice as to a push-on diffuser like the Sto-fen products, will the 'Sto-fen OM-HV58' fit? Moreover, I'd like a cold shoe adaptor so I can use the flash off-camera on a light stand, magic arm or tripod.

Many thanks.

JonnyM.

Thanks for the response. I did purchase this flash along with a cold shoe 'grip' kit which seems adequate on first impression, time will tell. So far so good, atleast the camera's built-in flash is firing the flash off-camera which is a good start! I'll have a closer look at the Sanyo 'Eneloop' batteries.
