With the qualification that it seems that you mean by the question "how much of a splash do you want to make in the world", then I don't give a ****.
I'm not bothered about whether I'm noticed in the slightest. Art for art's sake is more my style. I don't really put any photos up (on flickr not for about 3-4 years, and here never.

Exactly the same Q where now for there where now for your photography/how far do you want to go?

you obviously mean something different?
if you meant we as artists/photographers have of course ideas, directions, vision then clearly no 2 people are alike in there artistic journey & their paths are going to be their own making how ever they want to create or how their projection of art will take them.
I should hope it does mean something very different

i would never want to be alike anyone else or compare my art/photography to yours or anyone else s.
Make a slash or an impact so large it causes a tsunami of a global scale (same thing really)
well if your happy with your art in a static position then that`s good
i guess it depends on how determined you are & how far you want to make it in the art/photography world like if you want stake or caviar

for your tea.
As for putting your images on flickr & here
flickr can be a road block
well i guess i`m a little more ambitions then to waste time posting images for the sake of just posting them
if i want to do that i would be a holiday/party snapper & post typical standard images to please the masses.
I guess it`s a question of do you just sit & talk about your art/photography & post in forums of do you actually do something about it

i prefer the latter thanks
