I have digimarc on all my photos. It is invisible and cannot be seen. Is is able to be seen in the camera info in ' Copyright it will say ' digimarc.' That provides the photographer to know who stole swiped, or used under false pretenses as their own.
Hefty fines ensue. Like a lojack for your photos. Just a thought.--MM. That being said I am still waiting for a concise wriiten form saying you may have first yse rights only and only for PhotoRadar.
If it were to be published in Digital Camera Magazine. The photographer should be paid royalties. Whether in the User Photos; Galleries or anywhere Future and any subsidies use said picture, photograph.Just my opinion. My photo, my work, my royalties.
