Negatives where to get printed

My wife has came across a lot of old negatives of herself from 45 years ago.

Can I still get prints from these and if so, where from, Thanks.

you may be able to do it yourself... I have an epson 2480 scanner which is several years old that came with a facility to scan slides and negative film so I am fairly sure there are a number of current scanners out there that can do the same. I am just talking about a general scanner and not one dedicated to scanning slides and negatives as these can be fairly expensive.
If you do not have a printer the scanned negatives could be transferred to disk and printed locally.
No doubt others can recommend a more up to date scanner than the one I use.

I use Peak Imaging for processing black and white film and Spectrum Imaging for colour processing, both do a good job and both offer a scanning service. However if you have a lot to do then, as Duncan suggests, consider a film scanner - I have a Canoscan 4400F which cost under £80 from Amazon and it does film/slides as well as general scanning.
