Also, is there an active Mod or Admin who has rights to the back end of the forum to fix problems with accounts and suchlike and respond to user queries? If not, then that really needs to be put right, and the active userbase is the place that these new forum staff need to be recruited from.
Actually the active member count is pretty low for a site of this kind, and getting worse day by day. I think they thought if they brought all the members along from the old DCM and PR sites they would have an instant user base. This hasn't worked IMO. and never was going to.

Input by the Future staff has always been bad, really bad, and again it's got worse as the months go by. Always found this extremely frustrating, especially when (as a moderator) you're getting asked questions, and when you try and get answers from the team, they don't bother to reply.

I said it before, the worst thing was to try and merge all the magazine sites into the one forum, when they could have had their own very active forums. At the moment it's a complete mess as websites go. Looks like a child has set it up,

Bottom line is they can't see it, or just don't care.

My bet is the difficulty of getting an email notification that someone has replied to the original post.

After searching around I FINALLY found it in the 'go advanced' area of a reply.

I searched all over my 'profile' and could not see a place to set an option to always receive an email when someone replies to a post.

I belong to DOZENS of different forums. There's no possible way I could ever circle around to them all to find answers to queries.

Just my two cents.
