Lowepro repair...

My aged Lowepro Slingshot bag zip has failed.

Anyone got any info on where to get the bag repaired....Kent / East Sussex area

You could try someone who does tailoring or clothing alterations.

You could try asking at a dry cleaners or there are some cobblers which repair leather handbags etc usually at places that provide key cutting services.

Have you got two Zip closers, one either side? On my Dryzone 100 I have two and the one doesn't close the zip but the other one works just fine.

Thanks for all the replies.

Unfortunately the particular zip has only one closure so no luck with that one!!

I have tried several dry cleaners etc locally to me all who have been unable to help, looks like I will have look slightly more further afield!!

The small print of the lifetime guarantee excludes zips....previously looked at this one as well.

The most likely thing to break. How about a furniture upholsterer? They have heavy duty sewing machines for cushions.

well i didn't know that
sort of makes the lifetime guarantee a bit useless
