Just an idea, I have had to do something similar to fix a problem of a similar nature in a warehouse management system! The user interface could not access some data for a similar reason.

Should have access to a super super password, which allows you to access any part of the system.

Think that the forum is managed by a third party so not sure if any of the future staff are familiar with SQL

Is there any update on this please?
I think a lot of people (including me) are hoping this gets sorted.

Thanks,

Chris

Sam said they did not have a way to fix it. I do not know if they have anyone that can try my suggestion.

Trouble is when they need stuff done on the back end of the site they have to pay someone to do it. That's why they don't fix things as they arise.

I'd have thought your suggestion of running a query on the database would be valid. If in doubt they could ask the dev team who support the gallery script. They will tell them what query(s) to run.

Obviously that doesn't fix the actual problem, the reason why it happened in the first place. So it'll keep happening.

There seems to be more problems with the gallery, I just went to delete one of my images (it took me ages to find out how to delete), after deletion, I was sent to the Welcome to the Digital Camera World Gallery which was populated by other people's images. Has it always been like this?

Has anyone also noticed that it takes a few refreshes of the browser, for the forum to load?

Nick
