Hi all,

I'm sorry for the issues you have been experiencing with this.

I am looking into it, but as it's beyond my ability to fix quickly I'm having to speak to colleagues to try to solve the issue.

Thanks for your patience.

Sam

Seems like mine were lost or removed also. I had checked the site after I submitted them and they were there, after deadline there nowhere to be found kinda shady. Would like no why so many were lost or removed.

The sadist part of this for me is the fact that all the comments that people were kind enough to leave have also gone .

Holding ones breath is not a option in this case.

Hi All,

The images from the 'Mission: Animals' category became unassigned to a category, and as a result the owners of these images are unable to access them. We are unfortunately unable to access them ourselves.

This is an issue with the third party software that we use for this forum, and I'm very sorry to say that we're unable to resolve the issue at this time.

This is a one-off occurrence that shouldn't disrupt future uploading or any other images apart from those entered earlier on in the 'Mission: Animals' category.

Once again, we'd like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Sam

This is going to get very geeky, but someone could run a SQL query against the database for the gallery to find ones that do not have an assigned category. Once found, another SQL could update those to a have a category and then they could be accessed through the software.

Thanks for your advice Don. I'll pass this onto the IT team and see if this can help.
