Beautifully pin sharp detail Mark , especially like the full size image of the apple .

You do seem to have a lot of specs showing on these images , I think their water drops but they do detract from the images .

Thank you Mark, im well proud of these and I didnt take to many shots either well not of the snow drop anyway lol. Unfortunately the specs are bust bunnies in my nifty 50. Im trying to find out how to clean it because its spoiling a good lens

That's the first time I've ever heard them called dust bunnies

Are you sure their not specs on the outside of the lens because I wouldn't have any idea on how to clean them from the inside , sounds like it could be a case of a professional cleaning job .

Isn't nature incredible, these double snowdrops are beautiful and a sign that spring is on the way.

You've captured them well, but the water droplet on one of the petals in the first and third shot looks like a slug has taken a bite. The 4th snowdrop photo would be my pick of the bunch with the bokeh background, but is perhaps cropped a little tight.

BTW I'm not sure if you are interested but these are Galanthus nivalis 'Flore Pleno' or double snowdrop.

Hi Mark yes there on the inside, ive cleaned the lens with solution about 3 times and there still there I hope its not a pro job because its an old manual lens so I would just have to scrap it which would be a shame as I really like it

Thank you Nick, I couldn't pick one over the other I really like them all the water droplets were from a spray bottle and I love the clarity of the droplets on the petals I can see what you mean about the slugs though lol maybe just the position of the flower. None of these were cropped in PP there straight from the camera just a little tweaking of the light and sharpness.

Im always interested in what they are so please keep telling me but ive never looked inside them until today lol

Splendid snowdop images, but specks like that aren't down to the lens. Clean your sensor.
