Well done Mark on a great win a superbly polished entry which I could quite easily see in a magazine advert, there were just so many great polished elements to this image a very well thought out and executed shot.

Thanks for your comments on my entry, I take on board what you have said because you are right, bottom line in my case is I didn't think through the shot very well

Thanks for my vote donereo much appreciated!

Up- Sabrina Elves

I loved this shot, it was festive, fun and really well composed I loved the processing. There was nothing I disliked about this shot.

I did my down above

Congratulations Mark, nice shot that did get my vote.

Down, Wavemachine: Tree decorations: I agree with Mark, the objects where not really interesting. The shot was on theme, but there were better entries.

Up, Jimbojumbo: Noel!: Same style as Wavemachine, but more interesting objects. A bit underexposed to my taste, but overall no bad photo.

Happy New Year to all of you!

good job mark - lovely shot. as soon as i saw it i thought 'there's the winner!'.

UP: christmas at the arcade. some nice christmas colours in this one. the baubles feel like they're coming out of my screen(!). a different perspective on the decorations.

DOWN: merry christmas mummy. cute shot - my rabbit would never stay still enough for anything like this! i could perhaps have left off the writing on the hat though, not sure it adds anything...just my opinion though

Great winning picture well done.

Up: Merry Christmas 'Mummy' xx

I would have liked to have seen both eyes. Good focus on the hat which makes the message stand out well.

Down: Chrismas Elves

Perhaps a slight crop on the left hand side. this was my second choice. Loving the composition, colour and drama this image shows.

I like all the pictures submitted, just need to learn to get the exposure better on my own submissions. I seem to like them dark! Thanks for the feedback and vote to those that have given it.

Happy New Year to all.
