Starlit lake

Hi,
Any ideas on how I could improve this photo?

Settings were;

f8
291 seconds
10mm
ISO 200.
I forgot to put on noise reduction, and there is some noise.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Chris

I think I'll give up and wait for the admins to sort out this site.

A quick search on Flickr suggests your settings are private hence unable to show your images. Try changing them to enable others to view.

Cheers Jim.

You had a " at the end. The first one you did not copy the URL of the photo, but the page displaying it.

First, clone out the tree bit at the top. It does not really give the appearance of a night shot. Did you try one on Auto, found it was satisfactory, to me, when doing night work. Bracketing may have helped. Doubt if any adjusting, will give you what you want/seen. Lightened, it would make an acceptable day shot! Ed.
