Adding photo's

Hi,

How can I add photo's into the Digital Camera World Gallery?

It won't work for me!

Do I need a minimum number of posts or something like that?
I'm just curious, I dont have anything worthy of a place in there yet.

I was trying to upload something as a test......

Regards
Gratris

Hi Gratris,

If you go to this page: http://www.digitalcameraworld.com/forum/gallery/ you should be able to see a link that says 'Upload'. It's the third on the right underneath where it says the 'Welcome to the Digital Camera World Gallery'.

If you click this, you can then choose which file(s) you would like to upload.

Are you receiving an error message?

Sam

Hi Sam,

I did try that method, I can select the image but when I click 'Submit' it tries to upload but then after a few seconds the page disappears leaving "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Just a thought, would it be the file size, 7.5mb?

Thanks

I think the limit is 1.2mb, or something like that.
Give that a go and see if it works.

Just tried it and it worked.
So it was definately the size that caused the issue.

Thanks again guy's.
