Now I am new to photography, but find myself enjoying it, now my question is this:
I am thinking about enrolling on a homestudy course with The Regent Academy are they any good?
Is the course worth the money?
My main aim would be to get more from my camera.
So please you thoughts please good or bad
I have to admit that I know nothing about the Regent Academy. What it will probably come down to is your personal learning style. Do you learn well at home study, or do you prefer being in a classroom, or do you prefer to learn by doing? I found that I learn the best by doing. Here in the states, we have meet up groups (meetup.com). I have found that between my reading of magazines such as PhotoPlus and books, and going out with others to actually practice what I have learned, that my photography has really jumped a lot this past year. I still think it is the practice more than anything else that has really stepped up what I can do.
