Hi Sean

Big question to you is, who do you think matters?

There are some many ways in which to get work noticed:

1) Magazines - depending on the work you do depends on who you contact.
2) Enter competitions - this will get your work out to a wider audience if you win.
3) You can always try the direct approach with companies. i did this with a calendar company and for three years running they have printed my work. Two of those years I had the front cover image!
4) Indirect and long way - you can always try selling through libraries. If you work is of a saleable quality it will sell. You have two options here Royalty Free or Rights Managed. Each has its ups and downs.

Any help?

Which area do you want to get into?
Who are you looking to notice your work?
What do you want to get out of it?

Its very, very different for say findong couples for wedding photography to fasionistas who'll love your fashion work.

Paul.
