One thing is the exposure time its to long take it down to about 2 secs boost the ISO up also are you sitting in the front if so move to the back it will help with keeping the dash in focus
Another trick is to use a flash to light the dash but warn the driver also you need to test how much flash to use and where to point the flash so you don't get glare back from the window hope this helps
