I want to learn picture framing so as to make my pictures look as they are supposed to be. I live in South Devon any ideas people please. xx

Well if money is no object you can google a picture framing class in your area or as close as possible
if the classes are very costly then you could seek out a good bookshop like waterstones
or for the cheapest way Youtube have a lot of excellent videos there & a lot of people REALLY do know what they are talking about.
