Smile Light of My Landscape

GreenDay

Super DHG Marumi CPL
B&W ND106
Singh-Ray Daryl Benson Reverse GND .9

At 6pm we are trap inside the cave due to heavy rain with almost zero visibility, lot of thunderstorm and water start to fill in the cave. Guided by a cellphone flashlight only.

I always wanting a simple composition with great design. It was cloudy day, 20min. before the sun will set, the break of the clouds happened.
i stick in my composition and wait for the right moment.

B+W ND106
Lee .9 & .6 se

- After i took my other shot, i immediately re-compose to get another perspective,
i found this 3 mangrove and make them align in my frame to give better depth of field.

This scene is the back view of my main composition, it was a theater light at that time,
when i look back, i notice the clouds create shadows in the mountain,
I said to myselft this will be a good to shoot at long exposure to achieve a dynamic and
good contrast.

"Sampaloc Lake"
-It is the largest of the Seven Lakes of San Pablo, Laguna. Nearly half of the lake's depth has a shallow depression at the lake's bottom, indicating its volcanic origin. The lake is located behind San Pablo city hall and is dotted with fishpens and small cottages built on stilts.

Location: San Pablo, Laguna
Filter: used Lee 3stop gnd to controll the over expose part of Crepuscular rays
Time: around 5:30 - 6:15 am

-After a month off in shooting landscape, an itching to shoot keeps coming,
So i visit manila because it is the nearest place where i can shoot sunset.
