Love your idea just the blurred dash spoils the effect.

I have something to enter this month, but my pc is currently in the possession of the repair man being reformatted and reinstalled...hoping to get it back in time to enter. My phone isn't up to the task I'm afraid!

Been there, done that, only a few weeks ago. It is amazing how often you rely on your computer, only to discover that when it is not available to use. Hope it gets sorted soon!

ha ha...i've actually just resurrected my old laptop so i am online again(!). just had to give the gerbils inside some extra caffeine, that's all...this is the photo i'm thinking of entering (not sure i'll have a chance to take another before the deadline):

bradgate waterfall by alexharrison101, on Flickr

i know it's a typical water shot, but i tried hard with it, and was quite pleased with the result. 2 sec exposure using a ND filter (variable, so not entirely sure of the ND value i'm afraid...).

Yep, I actually have an old desktop that the kids use, but at the speed it runs, I think it could be powered directly with Coal, and I keep forgetting to top it up and 'stoke the fire'.

I have a Laptop, (which the kids touch at their own risk!). But that's about it. If you have some spare lying around, I could find them a home!

ALEX - Nice Photo !
