The theme was announced publicly before you taken the shot you wish to use. I see no issue.

The 'Rules' seem to have been lost in the ether somewhere and wanted to check on post-production stipulations, if any.

As it was rather windy yesterday I took the dog for a walk near the river and got inspired so my initial idea has been put on hold and I've now decided on this:

I posted my entry. As an afterthought should people state camera, lens settings and post-production techniques too, or is that up to the individual?

Johnny M, 25 seconds is quite a long exposure for daylight. What did you do to stop overexposure? Filters?

Just been out in the back garden to try out my new 10 stop filter. It's going to be fun playing around with that and hopefully getting some nice results. Just need to find the right location, some time and some decent weather!!
