forgot my ups and downs.

UP: animalistic kids 2. i liked the concept behind this shot - a little too much going on for me (and i think you're right, art more than surrealism )

DOWN: swimming in a tank. right on the subject matter, which was good, and great pp technique. my only gripe is the perspective of the child at bottom right seems off, like she's swimming out of the tank right at me!

thanks for my vote Jediboy, i know my pp sucks, but i had very little time and a non-compliant computer...

Sorry this is way, way late. Thanks to everyone who took part in last weekends rather challenging theme. Though the numbers were low, the entries were excellent. Well done for rising to my challenge.

Up - Wil's Hairdryer - A fun, clever image and I can relate to trying to shoot through a mirror! very hard. I liked the concept but think the full hairdryer should have been on show too, or no hairdryer, just the reflection.

Down - Sabrina's Ego - an excellent winner and a fun photo. Well done.

Mine - Thanks for your vote Will. Mine was nowhere near the type of image I initially wanted but it was fun and challenging to try.

I think things are sorted (if just temporarily) with my personal issues, so the Diva is back..haha

Yes you did and good idea but Im unsure why you needed to edit the liquid, unfortunately it looks edited.

LaPistola-I know it looks poor...I had no assistant and not enough hands so had to combine the shot of me holding the glass upside down, with the one of me pouring in the liquid. Hence the (poor job) of editing I had to try live and learn, and hope to improve next time!
