Website for hosting a competition

Hi,

I'm looking for a web site, to host a monthly competition just among the DSLR users in my company.....has anyone seen a CMS system like wordpress, etc that is good for this sort of thing? something where users can upload photos, then vote...but i would like the pictures to be anon to avoid bias...

any suggestions please?

thanks

Jon

I use it, and if i can, anyone can.

It has a great community too, plent of modules, themes etc.
It's free too.

Isn't Joomla a bit resource hungry, especially with certain plugins installed? or have they improved it lately.
