Computer finally dead, only a year and half old. Everything backed up but don't know when or how long it will take to fix, so I might be out for a while. Will still keep watching / voting from my phone and computer at work, can't use any of them to upload. Happy snapping everyone.

When you mean dead does it not have power or does it not complete the P.O.S T test (power on self test) or is it a windows problem

No warranty DD, it was only 12months which has run out. The computer has a smart monitor which detected the hard drive failing, I managed to back everything up and then it died. Will be fixed soon as I have a few friends that work with computers at work.

I have taken time this week and made the effort, for a surreal take on this weeks theme. Hope you like it.
By cleverly using light and a secret ingredient, I have produced this one and am in with....

I tried some the other night before the computer died, and always found that converting to B&W helped make the image look more interesting for the theme.

I like your image DD, but I feel this week will be a tough one.

By the way, just wanna say that my entry is only one image, not a composit, no layers.....As taken, apart from a few slight adjustments to contrast, a little spot healing, a vignette and a B&W conversion. You sussed it out yet?
