Nice photo, well taken and exposed, nothing I can see wrong with it, Well done on the win!

Down - Beauty checking her health
I thought this in B&W would bring more atmosphere to the photo. The child's pose and facial expressions suited I thought and I have always found working with children and tying to get them to pose as you would like very difficult. Great way to combine both words in the theme with one subject.

Well done Dave on your shot. A nice, sharp image....you sneakily named it to fit the brief which is great and clever. This is why I asked the question re do we take images to fit the brief or fit the images to the brief, as you did here.

Mine was just to make up the numbers as the theme didn't spark any ideas that didn't need a model.

Up - Sparky's Beautiful Health - Your first entry and glad to see you here. You attempted a still life, which is a good place to start. You chose your colours well and your image fit the brief. May I suggest a plainer paper for your back ground next time, with no pattern? A simple piece of card bent so theres no join, as a background and for the props to sit on.

Can I say thanks to everyone for their votes and coments. This was my first comp and really enjoyed the process behind thinking of and capturing an idea from a themed idea. Can't wait to try again next weekend!
