A question on image quality on DCW

This morning I posted an image in one of the critique forum and was amazed at the very poor quality when displayed on this site.
This is the photo in question.

This is the exact same file posted on flickr. If this is going to happen I doubt I'll bother uploading any more photos.

I have noticed this a couple of times with my photo's. The colours look different even though im viewing the two comparison's on the same screen.

I always thought it was Picaza though as I post my images to there first and then user there "thumbnail size" feature to get a link on here.

I can't see any real difference in quality either, but you might want to get those sensor dust spots sorted, or clean your lens.

As no one is seeing a difference I have linked to the same file on another site.

I've had problems with image quality here. The limit can, on occasions, not let the best quality images be posted. Which is a massive shame for a photography site.

What about the light spot at the left hand side of the building? Plus I would think half a stop underexposed.

This isn't the critique thread. As the OP said, the pic has been posted in the critique thread if you would like to comment there.
