Im in with another woody entry "Through The Saw".

I thought of doing the light trails of cars at night but expected a few to do this and it wasn't really original so this was my next idea.

This is some timber being cut on my table saw. (guards removed for viewing purpose only).
This is an HDR of both a slow shutter shot of the wood being cut for real and some stills of the blade moving, blade stationary and wood stationary. 5 shots in total produced this, well after some PP.

Sorry nothing from me either, took my camera with me to hostpital with the intention of going home via RAF Conningsby. thought I may manage a typhoon (Eurofighter).
Strange thing is I was looking out for a Typhoon jet when the Red Arrows flew past in formation and I missed them. I guess they must have just left home (Scampton). If I'd gone home via Scampton I would have probably have managed a photo for the comp.

Daughter will be out of hostpital mid week, but I guess I will miss next weeks comp as I'm taking my daughter on a promised holiday.

OK I'm in with "Feeding Table'. It took me hundreds of shots and lots of patience to fire the shutter as the bird flew to the feeder. They were so fast it required lots of patience, which I have little of and almost gave up!
