'this months mission' uploads?

Spent ages this morning uploading 3 new images to the above section, added lots of interesting info to each image, ticked all the usual boxes, hit the process button and............nothing, no upload, no images entered and nothing added to my collection. Is this site broken this morning?

So sorry you are having problems with your uploads. Did you get any error message when you tried to upload? I am looking into this for you.

Hi there,

No there wasn't any error message, I checked the file size/ext as well to ensure compliance, all was correct. I tried back tabbing and managed to get back to the original upload screen, the images were still there along with all the descriptive data I had written, so hit the 'process' button again, but still nothing happend?

I'll try uploading them again, see what happens.

I'll try to get to the bottom of this for you. We've tried uploading and it works fine for us. Did you try to upload all three files at the same time? What were the filesizes?

Yep processed them as a batch of 3, the file sizes were;

1.31MB
0.98MB
648KB

I'm just in the process of uploading them again, stay tuned!

OK, just tried uploading again, this time I tried 2 images but only 1 has gone up on the this months mission section. The image is called 'Textures of Lindos'

Not sure where the other image has gone?.................

Well, I might have found the cause for my upload troubles this morning. Seems you have to limit your description to 250 words me and my essay's eh

Hi - new to this whole subject but v impressed by the magazine. Saw the Mission in August edition to upload pictures based on sports. Olypmic White water canoe slalom was a good opportunity. So I captured a couple a interesting pictures. But I am failing miserably to be able to upload them to the gallery. Please could someone give me some help. It is probably something blindingly simple.
