Canon 7D Firmware

Canon 7D firmware v2 is now available for download. When I looked earlier it wasn't available at Canon UK. I downloaded it from http://www.canonrumors.com/2012/08/c...-for-download/

Yes, did you not read my results with the X 266 slow Kingston card? (22 images in 4secs)

Have just tried it on my faster Transcend card 400x. 21 images in 3 secs. Plus of course programmable ISO range.

DOH sorry didn't read the post properly very impressive, I have now applied the update and will have a play tomorrow alway scary applying any firmware update seems to be quite a few new options now.

Just in case you do not know you can download the latest manual from Canon which includes the changes created by installing V2.
