Morning Reflections

We have visited Lower Seletar Reservoir Singapore in October of 2010 but we weren't lucky enough at that time because our mighty sun didn't show up. I went back at the same place this morning and was greeted by a stunning, magnificent and awesome view.

We've been to this spot on May 20, 2010. This is located on the roof deck of Esplanade Mall in Singapore. That time we just took a night shot of the city from this perspective.

Last Saturday, we agreed to meet at Esplanade Mall and will be waiting fireworks display on this spot and that was around 5.30pm. We then go to the rooftop and we were amazed that there were tripods and people stationed on this location, earlier than us. The major fireworks display is at 8pm local time.
We immediately look for any available and unobstructed spot. The spot I got was not the best one because those early birds already took the ‘prime spot’ so we have to settle on any available space.
It was also a rainy and cloudy afternoon and the smoke of the fireworks is going towards us. Luckily, I still have some decent shots taken.
