Model Release Forms?

Where does one buy or get Model Release forms, inorder to cover oneself when photographing human subjects? northumbrian1

You can create your own. Or if you do stock photography you can use your agency's own. Magazines will often publish examples that you can base your own on (eg. from Professional Photographer). Alternatively do a search for 'example model release form' and you'll find a lot that you can get ideas from.
