Quite tempted to turn off moderation if I can find the option. Sorry that I don't know where this is - I will try to find it and fix it!

Hmm, you're a Admin who doesn't know how to operate the forum.

Anyway, thanks for trying. thing is the moderation settings are a bit strange, they only seem to filter out certain posts, so turning it off all together might have some undesired results.

No, I'm not an expert and the forum was migrated over from it's original incarnation from PhotoRadar. There is a myriad amount of options to check in many places.

By all means it's not an easy task to understand 100% of how it all works, especially when it's software you haven't built.

Please, if anyone does get the moderation message, tell me the exact wording or better yet, capture a screenshot of it and post it here.

It's a bit difficult to narrow down the cause without the evidence.

Exact wording of moderation message.

It's a nightmare trying to understand code written by yourself after you haven't looked at it for some time, never mind by someone else. :

To upload an avatar, do you need to be something more than just a junior, because I allways get the same message: File invalid. The file is not bigger than 19 kb, and it is 80x80 px.

This has been asked a few times, I just looked, and not answered. I think most people had their avatars from the old site and they got moved over.

Admin?
