New 5D Mk3 due soon

5D Mark III/X
Below are the specs for the coming 5D replacement, the full name of the camera is currently unknown.

Specs

22mp
61pt AF
100% VF
3.2″ LCD
Dual CF/SD Card Slots
Price: Around $3500 USD
Announcement on February 27 or 28, 2012 (Depending where you are on earth)

Not to mention a new top of the line flash unit, 590ex with built in radio.

Ah of course I forgot about good old rip off britain. Seems to be quite a price gap between the MKIII and MKII.

If those specs are true then it is quite a step up especially on AF points.

5D MkII is already 21.1mp so apart from increase in focus points (up from 9+6) and an extra memory card, what else is on the cards.

I'd certainly not consider an upgrade on the basis of better focusing, I can't recall having that many problems with the focusing now.

Apparently it is going to be announced on the 2nd of March, people are also speculating as to whether Canon will still continue to manufacture the MKII and drop the price.
