I'm also having difficulty with the search feature... it does not seem to find posts by people, or bring up results of words used by the users.

It sometimes doesn't even give results for a photographer, even when he has posted.

All these problems are in the forum search; haven't tried the other one yet.

Thanks.

Where has the sticky gone that show how to post photos from flickr photobucket etc.

How are new members supposed to find out how to do these things especially as the gallery is so rubbish anyway.

I will take a look for that one. Jimmy did a great one for Flickr. I do not recall a photobucket one, but I will look for what we had.

I think they needed some updating since they were related to the old site but that is minor.

Do any of the admin staff read this thread as you never see anything posted as being fixed.

I posted about the quick links (mark forums read ) button not working and its still not working almost at the beginning of this thread and still not been fixed although it was posted that it had been fixed to which I replied that it hadn't

I also reported this right from day one, they fixed it for me, (as in it now works for me) Have you tried a different browser?

The stuff I reported above hasn't been fixed.

Searching the DCW site for some older test reports earlier, I noticed that the images from these have been lost with the Photo Radar galleries. So they haven't made the galleries any easier to use, it's no easier to insert photos into forum posts, and much of the content from the previous site as well as the forum has been vandalised by the removal of the galleries. What a cockup.
