If you use Firefox as your browser there is a great add-on called 'Gish It!!' that will create a disposable email address on the fly. I use it all the time to register for sites I know will bombard me with spam.
One of the good features is that you can configure the address where they are forwarded to and how long you want the forwarding to be active for, I normally set mine for one week just to be sure.

Sounds good. Do you know if Google Chrome has a similar feature?

Personally I've never used Chrome, always been happy with Firefox, but I would not be surprised if there was not something similar available.
Do they have an add-on site for Chrome?

You are welcome.
It's a very useful add-on, one of the required ones along with NoScript and AddBlock Plus in my opinion.

well thats down to you how "professional" they turn out after all the "professorially" done ones are done by somebody sat at a computer why could that not be you ?

as for printing if you are going to print on a piece of 80 gram white paper and use a pair of scissors to cut them out i would have them done professionally too but there's no reason why business cards can't be done at home with the right tools and be indistinguishable from professional cards at a fraction of the cost
