Looking Up

This is actually looking up at the girls' daycare door. It is in small 15 storey office building. I have thought about taking this photo for a while, I finally did yesterday.

So, opinions?

Interesting shot, I think I'd have been tempted to focus on the glass & the reflection, i don't think the sky brings anything to the image.

Hi Donoreo,

I really like this shot. Its quite abstract. It makes the viewer think "are you looking up or are you looking forwards?"

I like the strong lines, the reflections and the symmetry of the photo. The only thing that detracts from the image for me, is the halo effect around the concrete pillars. Apart from that, I think its great! Well spotted!

The halo, was not noticeable at home. I will work on it. I need to go in with a finer brush. The sky was not quite blown out, but showed no detail so I touched it up. That IS the actual colour of the sky when I took it .
